Karen Hildebrand is the author of the poetry collection, Crossing Pleasure Avenue, from Indolent Books. Her poetry reviews have appeared in Lily Poetry Review, LEON, LitStack, and Lightwood. She is a regular contributor of dance writing to The Brooklyn Rail and Fjord Review. She holds an MFA from the Program for Writers at Warren Wilson College. Born and raised in Denver, she now lives in Brooklyn.
